Remembering Steve Forrest 1925 - 2013

Actor Steve Forrest, who died Saturday at age 87, starred in the 1975-76 ABC action drama, S.W.A.T., and he made a cameo appearance in the 2003 film adaptation of the series. His other acting credits include the 1953 film, So Big (for which he won a Golden Globe for New Star of the Year - Actor); the 1958 Broadway musical, The Body Beautiful; the 1966-67 British TV series, The Baron (in the title role); the 1981 film, Mommie Dearest (as Joan Crawford/Faye Dunaway's boyfriend Gregg); the 1980 syndicated miniseries, Condominium; the 1983 ABC miniseries, Malibu; the 1985 ABC miniseries, Jackie Collins' Hollywood Wives (as Candice Bergen's husband); and TV's Dallas (in which he played two different roles in 1986 - ranch hand Ben Stivers during "the Dream Season" and ranch foreman Wes Parmalee, who pretended to be Jock Ewing).

Below are some videos I've selected to celebrate Mr. Forrest's life and career.
