Web Series Worth Watching: The Season Finale of it could be worse

Web Series of the Week: it could be worse
Created by the ├╝ber-talented Wesley Taylor and Mitchell Jarvis, this dark comedy is one of the best new web series of 2013 - and I'm sorry to see it come to an end. But this last episode - in which Jacob makes an important decision about his future and "The Ice Queen" (played by the amazing Alison Fraser) sings a ballad written by the Tony-winning composer Marc Shaiman (Hairspray) - is being called a "season" finale so here's hoping that there will be a second season someday.

Other web series worth watching this week are:

Ave 43
In Chapter 55 of this twisted soap opera, Penny falls in love, Keith introduces his furry friend to everyone, Satan throws a slumber party, and someone is fatally shot. If you haven't watched Ave 43 before, I recommend that you start at the very beginning on its YouTube channel. You can also become a fan of the series on Facebook.

Conversations W/ My Ex
This new LGBT web series about three ex-couples (one gay, one straight and one lesbian) continues as their lives begin to intertwine. To catch up on the series, go to Gwist TV on YouTube. You can also become a fan on Facebook and Twitter.

EastSiders
This week I'm featuring two episodes of this groovy gay series. In the first one, Cal and Thom are breaking up and moving out of their apartment - and the second episode is a flashback to Cal and Thom's first morning in their apartment.

Steam Room Stories
In the latest episode, the guys discuss how the 1980s are hip again. For more hot hunks, go to www.SteamRoomStories.com. You can also become a fan on Facebook and Twitter.
