Remembering Jim Lange and The Dating Game

Jim Lange, who died Tuesday at age 81, was the host of many TV game shows, including Oh My Word (1965-67), Spin-Off (1975), Give-N-Take (1975), The Hollywood Connection (1977-78), Bullseye (1980-82), Take My Word for It (1982-83), $100,000 Name That Tune (1984-85), $1,000,000 Chance of a Lifetime (1986-87) and Triple Threat (1988-89). However, his most famous gig was as the original host of The Dating Game on ABC (1965-73) and in two syndicated versions (1973-74, 1978-80).
