Web Series Worth Watching: The Season Finale of Where the Bears Are

Web Series of the Week: Where the Bears Are
It's always sad when another hilarious season of this groovy gay series comes to an end, but Season 3 goes out on a high note as the Bears end up on a plane to Australia in the three-part finale. And, of course, there is lots of drama - especially with a killer on board - and one of the Bears has to become Karen Black in Airport 1975 when the pilots are poisoned! Also, Chad Sanders makes a brief appearance as Detective Winters, which is a good enough reason to feature his handsome face in the above pic.

To watch the entire third season, go to wherethebearsare.tv. You can also follow the Bears on Facebook and Twitter. And click here to read my interview with the series' stars and creators Rick Copp, Joe Dietl and Ben Zook.

PLEASE NOTE: The next Web Series Worth Watching will be on Sunday, November 9.

Other web series worth watching this week are:

The Boys Who Brunch
In the latest episode of this gay web series, Mason and Ray both learn some surprising news, while Elliott finally makes a heartfelt confession. For more Boys, go to www.theboyswhobrunch.com. You can also follow the series on Facebook and Twitter.

Capitol Hill
I just discovered this fabulous, fun series, which stars Waxie Moon as Roses Smell, an innocent young girl who escapes her terrible life in Portland for a better one in Seattle. The wonderful supporting cast includes Alexandra Tavares as Roses' new friend Tanya, Mark Siano as Roses' new boss George, Robbie Turner as Dottie Pearl, the Queen Bee of Seattle TV, Jonathan Crimeni as "Kind Sir", a stranger with a good heart and a sexy moustache, and RuPaul's Drag Race Season 6 star BenDeLaCreme, who introduces each episode. Created by the award-winning filmmaker Wes Hurley as a queer homage to 1970s/80s TV - gotta love the Dynasty-inspired opening title - Capitol Hill is a dragtastic delight!

Below you can watch the first three episodes, and for more information on Capitol Hill, go to caphillseries.com. You can also follow the series on Facebook and Twitter.
