Another great collection but a shame to see the almost continuous earlier portrait like quality of the covers slip slowly away to be replaced almost exclusively by photos.

Be that as it may there are some terrific covers here. LOVE that first one of the Fondas and its mixing of medias. I've always loved that shot of Alexis Smith, she was quite a talent who was wasted for much of her career so it was great that she had that breakthrough in Follies.

Speaking of immensely talented actresses who are wasted, Diane Lane is such a baby on her cover!!
