Web Series of the Week: Tired Old Queen at the Movies

For this week's web series, I thought it was time to pay another visit to my favorite film buff, Tired Old Queen at the Movies (aka the fabulous Steve Hayes), who reviews a different classic flick every week on YouTube. This groovy guy knows his cinematic history, so if you love movies, I recommend that you become a subscriber of his YouTube Channel. You can also follow him on Facebook and Twitter. And if you want to learn more about Mr. Hayes, check out my Deeper Dish interviews with him from August 2009 and May 2010.

Below are five recent TOQ reviews for your viewing pleasure:

The Harvey Girls (1945) starring Judy Garland, Angela Lansbury and Cyd Charisse.

The Long Hot Summer (1958) starring Paul Newman, Joanne Woodward and Lee Remick.

Laura (1944) starring Gene Tierney, Clifton Webb and Vincent Price.

Picnic (1955) starring William Holden, Kim Novak and Rosalind Russell.

And Howard Hawks' 1951 sci-fi chiller, The Thing.
