Web Series Worth Watching #2: Everybody Ought to Have a Sassy Gay Friend

This week I'm featuring three of my favorite web series here on the Dish, and my Web Series of the Week award goes to . . .

Sassy Gay Friend!
The talented Second City alum Brian Gallivan recently returned with another Sassy Gay Friend video, in which the flamboyant guy advises The Giving Tree from Shel Silverstein's 1964 children's book. However, I would love to see him help out Marion Crane from Psycho and Rosemary from Rosemary's Baby - check out the groovy graphics below that some creative folks put together. I've also included Sassy's previous two videos with Adam's Eve and Othello's Desdemona. Click here to watch all his videos.

Other web series worth watching this week are:

The Cavanaughs
The fabulous Miss Ginger Snappz returns with the rest of the cast for the latest episode of this web soap about a group of friends involved in the making of a TV sitcom. To catch up on previous episodes, go to www.the-cavanaughs.com and click here for my review of the series.

Steve Hayes: Tired Old Queen at the Movies
This week TOQ reviews another one of my favorite classic films, the wonderful Stage Door from 1937, starring Katharine Hepburn, Ginger Rogers, Lucille Ball, Ann Miller and Eve Arden. For more TOQ, subscribe to his YouTube Channel.
