Remembering Alex Rocco 1936 - 2015

Actor Alex Rocco, who died Saturday at age 79, received an Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for his performance as Hollywood talent agent Al Floss in the 1989-90 CBS sitcom, The Famous Teddy Z. His other television credits include the 1975 CBS drama, Three for the Road, the 1991-92 ABC sitcom, Sibs, and the 1994-95 Fox sitcom, The George Carlin Show. He also played Jo's father in eleven episodes of the NBC sitcom, The Facts of Life (1981-88).

Rocco's film credits include Russ Meyer's Motorpsycho (1965), The Godfather (1972) as mobster Moe Greene, Joan Rivers' Rabbit Test (1978), Voices (1979), Return to Horror High (1987), Lady in White (1988), Wired (1989), That Thing You Do! (1996) and The Wedding Planner (2001).
