Remembering Al Molinaro 1919 - 2015

Actor Al Molinaro, who died Friday at age 96, was best known for his role as Al Delvecchio - the second owner of Arnold's Drive-In - on ABC's Happy Days (1976-82) and its short-lived spin-off, Joanie Loves Chachi (1982-83). He also played policeman Murray Greshler on ABC's The Odd Couple (1970-75) and Gregory Harrison's father-in-law on the CBS sitcom, The Family Man (1990-91). Molinaro appeared in 42 commercials for On-Cor frozen dinners between 1987 and 2003, and in 1987, he and his Happy Days co-star Anson Williams opened a chain of diners in the Midwest called Big Al's, which eventually went out of business.

Below you can watch Al Molinaro in a 1970 episode of The Odd Couple, the Season 8 opening credits of Happy Days, the first episode of Joanie Loves Chachi, and the opening credits of The Family Man.
