Web Series Worth Watching: The Return of Ave 43

Web Series of the Week: Ave 43
After a year-long hiatus, this dark and twisted soap opera set in Los Angeles' Highland Park neighborhood has returned with its 74th episode, which features a visit to a cat psychic, some disturbing health news, a poisoning, and a visit from an angel. I first reviewed Ave 43 back in 2010 when I said the following: "While I was watching the first episode, my initial thought was 'What the hell is this?', which quickly changed to 'I need to watch more of this wacky madness.' And by the end of the second show, I was hooked on the hilarious series." And now it's 2016, and I'm still hooked. So I must thank creator Justin Tanner and his talented cast for continuing to entertain us with the deliciously deranged dramas of Ave 43.

If you haven't watched Ave 43 before, I recommend that you begin with Episode 1 on its YouTube channel. You can also become a fan on Facebook.

PLEASE NOTE: The next Web Series Worth Watching will be on Sunday, October 16.
