Remembering Eric Arvin 1975 - 2016

Eric Arvin, who died Monday at age 41, was the author of many gay romance and fiction novels including The Rest Is Illusion, Simple Men, Woke Up in a Strange Place, Another Enchanted April and his Jasper Lane trilogy, SubSurdity, Suburbilicious and SuburbaNights. He was also a longtime Facebook friend (since 2007), and I featured him on DEEP DISH in 2011 (click here to read the interview).

Eric was a groovy and talented guy who left us much too soon. And since he loved music, here is one of his favorite singers, Mary Chapin Carpenter, performing "Come On Come On" in 1995.

I am sorry to hear this and for your loss, Marc. 41 is way too young!
