In honor of Michelle Obama's 53rd birthday today and to celebrate her eight years as our First Lady, I'm featuring a special Groovy List of videos (in chronological order):

Ellen challenges her to a friendly push-up competition.

In honor of her Let's Move! campaign, she dances on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
